If you wish to book rooms for an event, we offer our space for $250/hr. There will also be a deposit required, which will be held until after the event.

For events requiring tables, we recommend a guest count of up to 70 people for optimal comfort. For events that do not require tables, the space can accommodate up to 99 guests.

Our space is perfect for a wide range of events, including birthdays, bridal showers, baby showers, engagement parties, pop-up shops, content shoots, intimate weddings, workshops, and more. If you have something unique in mind, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to accommodate!

Yes! You are welcome to bring your own decorations. However, we do ask that you be mindful of our walls; please, no wall decor.

We give you complete access to the studio area, as well as the present decor and furniture. If you require any furniture or decor to be removed from the space, please let us know.

Yes, alcohol is permitted with a valid liquor license. It’s the responsibility of the renter to obtain and provide the license prior to the event.

The rental period includes loading, setup, tear-down, and cleaning. Please keep this in mind when booking the space; the studio must be cleaned and vacated no later than the scheduled end time. If the studio is not returned in the same condition in which it was rented, a clean-up fee of $100 will be incurred.
